Borwick Hall Whole School Trip

I confirm that we have booked to take the whole school to Borwick Hall to participate in a fun packed day of team building and outdoor adventurous activities. Borwick Hall is an impressive Manor House located in Carnforth,
Lancashire, a unique venue that offers superb modern facilities for outdoor activities. This will be a great opportunity to bond with new teachers and class members and develop learning behaviours for the year ahead.
We have arranged the trip for Monday 16th September 2024. We will travel by coach leaving school at the early time of 8.30am and returning to school for 5.30pm.

Children will require a packed lunch and healthy snacks. They will need enough to last the day (no fizzy drinks). If providing a home packed lunch please use a named paper/plastic bag which can be disposed of after use. If a lunch is
booked on School Spider you will be asked to choose their sandwich preference (tuna, ham or cheese) and a school packed lunch will be ordered for them.

Please can children come to school wearing full PE Kit on this day and bring walking boots/wellies/outdoor clothing suitable for the weather on the day (more information will be given at the time).
Friends of Treales have kindly subsidised the trip and we will also be using some of our Sports Premium Funding to reduce the cost for parents.

Therefore, we are asking for a parent contribution towards the full cost including transport and on-site activities of £25 per child.

Please complete and return the consent slip and pay a £25 contribution on School Spider by Monday 9th September 2024. You will be able to pay in instalments to suit you via School Spider. This promises to be a wonderful adventure trip! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
