Year 6 Leavers' Treat

Dear Parents/Carers,

We would like to take the Year 6 children for an activity afternoon at Ribby Hall on Monday 15th July.  We have some fun activities booked including body zorbing, archery and laser tag so please can children wear their full PE kit. 

We will leave school at 10.45am and travel via staff cars.  Children will need to bring a packed lunch from home with them on this day (please bring in disposable packaging).

Please pick up outside The Pancake Hut, Ribby Hall at 3.00pm. We will have four spaces available to return children to school if required.  Return transport will be prioritised for children booked into After School Club (please indicate below).  

The Friends of Treales have very kindly agreed to pay for this trip so there will be no charge to parents. 

We hope that you agree this will be a fantastic opportunity for the children.  We require parental consent for your child to attend this event, please return this form asap or by Friday 28th June.
