Whole School Trip to see Shrek the Musical

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have booked to take the whole school to see ‘Shrek the Musical’ at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool on Wednesday 13th December 2023. 

We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £10.00 per child to include the theatre ticket, return coach travel and a snack.  We are fortunate that the Friends of Treales will be subsidising the tickets and covering the transport costs.  In order to secure the booking at this price, could you please contribute £10.00 per child via School Spider by Friday 13th October 2023.

The performance time is 10am and is expected to last 2 hours 30 minutes.  Therefore, we will be arranging for the children to have a late packed lunch on this day.  If a lunch is booked on School Spider your child will be asked for their sandwich preference within school (tuna, ham or cheese) and a school packed lunch will be ordered for them. 

We require parental consent for your child to attend this visit, please return this form by Friday 13th October 2023. 

If you would like your child to attend but are concerned about being able to afford the ticket please come and see me.  We’ll do all we can to help.
