Mrs Libby Pickervance
I have been a foundation governor at Treales School for 9 years now and am currently Chair of Governors.
My daughter recently left but my nieces still attend school. My husband and I are both ex-pupils of Treales school and both our families have supported the school, church and community for generations. We were married here in 2001 and now live in the village.
As a family, we run Mowbreck Hall Farm, but previously I was Assistant Headteacher of a large primary school in Leyland and taught for 18 years.
My knowledge of education both as a class teacher and school leader equips me with skills to support the Governing Body here at Treales and I am passionate about our school providing our pupils with a dynamic, broad and balanced curriculum that allows all pupils to succeed in all aspects of their life, academically, socially and emotionally.
